In January 1982, Eduardo Frei Montalva, President of Chile between 1964 and 1970, died of poisoning after undergoing digestive surgery. This week the ruling of Judge Alejandro Madrid regarding the investigation of the case was announced, who determined what happened with Frei Montalva as simple homicide and sentenced six people for the crime.
